1. Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
  • Customers must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • An opening video is mandatory for all exchange requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective).

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
